Your smrtPhone for Salesforce integration can provide more information to help guide your business than just answering and receiving calls. You can collect and analyze all of your communication activity with logs, providing business insights and enable data-driven decisions. Plus, you can increase the efficiency of texting by creating a visual text thread of your conversations embedded directly on the record.

Head to Edit (click the pen on the top right corner) and then Add more items > All > search smrtPhone Logs > press on the plus sign > Add new item > Save.
Adding Logs to Task Layout
Add the smrtPhone Log relation field inside Tasks so you can easily find the call details of a logged Task.
There are a few steps for a clean install:

Click on Object Manager
Access Task > Page Layout > Task Layout (or your current Task Layout)
Click on the arrow Edit
Inside the Task Layout search for smrtPhone Log
Drag and drop inside Task Detail
