The Business Hours Applet lets you decide what happens when somebody call your phone number during open or closed hours.

All you need to do in order to configure the applet is to set the time intervals in which your business/department operates. Please take note that the applet is affected by the timezone that you selected when you initially set up your smrtPhone account.
You can always change that as an account administrator by going to Admin -> Settings.

Now, all you need to do is to configure what happens during the Open Hours and during the Closed Hours. With our flow creator, there is no limit. You can use any of the existing applets to configure your Business Hours Flow. In this example we set up our flow to call one of our agents during the Open Hours and to forward the call to a Voicemail during the Closed Hours. This is only a simple example.
