A warm transfer is the best way to reallocate the call to another department or to another user inside your company.

In order to warm transfer a call on smrtDialer, all you need to do is to press the 'Transfer Icon' present near the status bar of the call on the left side of your screen.

By pressing the transfer icon you will be given the option to transfer the call to another user or to another phone number.

This will create a conference call between the agents and the person on the line.

Please keep in mind that after initiating the transfer, the lead will be placed on 'Hold', and only after pressing the 'Unhold' button, will the lead be connected to the conference.

Note: The feature presented here is only available with an active smrtDialer Subscription.
