We use a screen sharing tool called Upscope to help. With one click, our Support team can see what you see and give you real time help and guidance.

How to share your screen with smrtPhone Support

It's really easy to share your screen with our team to quickly resolve Support issues.

All you have to do is accept our request to co-browse with you. Simply click the blue "yes" button when asked. We receive confirmation and then can see your screen.

Of course, you have full access and you can revoke access at any time.

Once we are joined into your screen, we can only see the screen you are sharing.

We can:

  • Spotlight sections of the screen

  • Draw with highlighter to emphasize buttons and menus

  • Navigate with our own pointer

  • Type and fill in fields, as needed

The entire time you can end the session or use your own pointer/keyboard to override what we are doing.
