All communication through smrtPhone is automatically synced with your Left Main CRM.
All of your Communication Logs live within the Tasks tab inside Left Main.
Any time you access a Lead, you will find recent calls in their Activity section.
When you select a recent call, you will see details in a Task Information window:
Duration of call
To/From phone numbers
Call notes/comments added during or after the call
The user who made the call
A link to the Call Recording
All of the Call Logs can be found inside your smrtPhone Account as well (accessible only to Administrators).
Also, from the Call Logs window, you can see the lead in your CRM. Simply click on "go to item" and it will lead you to that CRM item.
