With a properly installed and “pinned” smrtPhone Chrome Dialer, you can:

Answer an incoming call from any browser tab

If you are using the Chrome Dialer for your calls, you can also:

How to Install the smrtPhone Chrome Extension
To install the smrtPhone Chrome Extension, follow these easy steps:
Click the blue Add to Chrome button
At the prompt, confirm you would like to Add Extension.
When prompted by your Chrome Browser, grant access to your microphone.
Once the extension is installed, pin it to your browser window for maximum efficiency. Click the Chrome Extension puzzlepiece icon 🧩 in the upper right corner of your browser window to display a list of your installed extensions.
Click the white pin 📌 next to "smrtPhone - Chrome Dialer" so it turns blue. This will pin the extension to your visible Extensions' menu.
Now that the smrtPhone Chrome Extension is installed, pinned, and has access to your microphone for talking on your phone calls, you need to log in with your smrtPhone credentials.

You can also use the option click-to-call: if you click on the number visible under the Opportunity, the Extension will start a new call with that Lead.
Note: Please keep in mind that the smrtPhone system was built to function best on the Google Chrome browser.
As for using the smrtPhone Chrome Extention, you must have previously purchased a smrtPhone number. The same principle applies to Mobile Apps.
