All smrtPhone accounts include Support Services, visible directly on the Billing Page when a new account is created. The Billing Page is also where you can change your preferences.
Only the Account Owner can make changes regarding Paid Support Services.
Every user begins with Free Support Services, with the option to upgrade to higher-tier paid support depending on their needs.

This is automatically included for every smrtPhone user at no cost.

Full access to Documentation at any point
Reliable answers for teams getting started
Queued support with non-priority wait times
Change your plan according to your preferences by accessing the smrtPhone Dashboard > your account > Products & Billing > Products.

Users can upgrade from the Free tier if they require more than the standard level of assistance.
