Podio Users: How do my Calls get Logged in my Organization?

As part of the setup, you will install a Communications App into your workspace that will integrate with smrtPhone

When you first set up your account with smrtPhone, we installed a Communications app within your chosen Podio Workspace.

During the setup process, you will be able to specify where your contacts are kept so we can log calls in the Communications App and reference the contacts to them.

Based on this configuration, all your communications are logged between your smrtPhone account and your CRM.
