smrtPhone does not offer a bulk texting option due to heavy regulatory requirements regarding obtaining and maintaining TCPA/opt-in documentation as well as compliance with A2P 10DLC guidelines.
We are, however, working to design and approve an SMS tool to market to your interested audience, where the opt-in is secured and stored. Once enabled, you will be able to send high-volume text message marketing to the contacts who have provided this consent. For example, a real estate investor may want to let their network of buyers know when they have a property for sale. If those buyers provide documented consent, that would be a perfect use case.
We are at the legal and strategic phases, working with our carrier and legal team to ensure all bases are covered. Then we will move into design and development. We hope to have it released by the end of 2024 - early 2025.
As an alternative, you may use your CRM system to send automated texts, based on triggers, using the smrtPhone SMS API.
