REISift Integration

REISift - smrtPhone integration is one of a kind. Both teams came together to bring the best for our customers.

When it comes to the way each number gets into the system, a decision was made: every number comes back as a lead.

This was an intentional design led by the REISift development team to provide the chance for you to identify and call every working number available.

That is why you see that your Call Statuses apply for Property and Leads, separately. This way, if your contact has 7 numbers, you get 7 opportunities to reach them because of the status you set for each called number.

Using the default Call Statuses

Call Statuses work a bit differently for REISift users. Even if, at this moment, you don't have the option to customize the Call Statuses on the smrtDialer page, you can use the ones provided by your CRM.

You can see the call statuses in the Call Engine tab. Choose from the options Skip/Call, and they will work according to your selection. These filters are not only for leads or property. They can update both the property status and/or the phone number status.

Take into consideration that this action takes place at the number's level and not at the lead's level. So if your lead has five numbers, you have to mark them all accordingly because the system marks only your current choice for a particular number.

One Skip status applied will ensure that one number of your lead has been marked and not all their numbers. You might want to mark them all one by one if needed.
