Basic Knowledge
REISift is known for its lead list generation for clients, and you can power dial those leads with a seamless smrtDialer integration.
Creating a smrtDialer Campaign from your REISift CRM requires steps on both ends:
First, you filter a list and identify the initial campaign parameters inside of REISift. Then, you move into smrtDialer inside smrtPhone to finalize the settings, assign agents to campaigns, and get them dialing!
You can learn in this article how to create and use a smrtDialer Campaign for REISift. This video with a visual interpretation, will also help.
REISift users can only create CRM-based smrtDialer Campaigns.
Campaign Customization within REISift:
Go to Records within REISift Dashboard
Select all records that you want to include, click the action button - πΌ icon and select Integrations.
If you select all the Properties, all the Owners that match the filters will be added.
If you want a particular Owner added to a campaign, select the Owner, then click the action button - πΌ icon, press the Predictive Dialer button and all their matching-filter phone numbers will be added.
Select smrtDialer from the options provided in the list
Choose the phone types: Unknown/Landline/Mobile/VoIP
Include the numbers by their status: Correct/Dead/Wrong/DNC/No Answer/No Status
Choose the filter and the tags for numbers (if any)
In the Integration Destination, add details for the campaign that would be easily recognizable:
Campaign's name
Rotating Campaign Numbers - The smrtPhone Caller IDs that you will be using while running this campaign
Campaign Voicemail Drop - The recording that the system will use for a manual or A.I. voicemail drop.
Campaign Callback Message - The recording that the system will use if two lines are answered at the same time. (For example, "I think we have a bad connection, I'll call you right back!") The contact who hears this message is automatically queued to be the next call.

Hit next and then choose Additional Tags if needed
Press the Review button and check if all the information complies with your settings. If not, hit Cancel and edit what you need again. If yes, hit Send Contacts.
Once you send the contacts, hit the Complete button in Activity.
Within the Activity tab, you can find all the current campaigns of the Predictive dialer / Integrations (smrtDialer) and their status.
Once you are ready, you can move on to the second step, customizing the smrtDialer.
Campaign Customization Within smrtDialer
Even if the Leads were pushed directly into a smrtDialer Campaign from REISift, the campaign's settings still need to be customized before running it.
Head to Campaigns > [Campaign of Interest] > Settings, and from there, customize the settings.
Media - Contains Voicemail Drop Recording, Callback Drop Recording, Hold Music and Call Recording. These should match what you loaded into REISift.
Status Filters - The Status Filter section of the Call Engine tab will determine what happens when a call status is selected at the end of a live call.
REISift Users cannot customize their smrtDialer Call Statuses from within the smrtPhone page. You will use the default REISift Call Statuses available for you in your CRM.
Please note that you have 2 categories of statuses: for the owner and for the property, and based on your call outcome, you choose one of them.
