As a REISift user with granted permissions or as an Account Owner, you can customize settings related to the integration between smrtPhone and your REISift CRM.
These settings, even if they were established when first set up the account, are customizable at any point by the Account Owner (or user with permissions) by accessing the smrtPhone Dashboard > Admin > REISift Setup.
API Key
Here you can see your API Key, being the first displayed field. An API Token is useful when speaking about integrations, for example. You can change this unique key by pressing the green button Change API Key.
Contacts
In the second field, you can see all the Contacts associated with the account.
Call Statuses
The third field is dedicated to Call Statuses.
Your account comes with all Call Statuses set on Default. You can customize your call statuses for both Inbound and Outbound Communication. Calls can be marked with one of these custom statuses that you personalized here and you can add up to 10 call statuses to meet your needs.
You choose whether to use Custom and Predefined Call Statuses or just the Custom ones by toggling On/Off the Predefined Statuses option on this page. This page is only available to Account Owners and users with granted permissions for the CRM Page Setup.
If you decide not to create any customized statuses, the system will display only the default ones.
