Help Page
On the smrtPhone platform, anywhere in the system, you will find the Help Button. It is placed on the right bottom.
It is also available on our main webpage (smrtphone.io) and from the Settings tab of the Mobile App.
Click the blue button and find the three main options:
🏠 Home - Shows most searched articles, the option to search among our documentation (leads you to Help tab), blog posts, and the Talk to Support option.
✉️ Messages - Messages sent by our team or conversations with smrtPhone. From here, you can also chat to our Support Team.
❔ Help - The entire Documentation collection, where you can surf and search among all the articles and even read them while you are still on the smrtPhone Dashboard, no need to leave the page.
Status Page
In the same place, by clicking on the same button, you will also see the status of our system at any time.
If you have any doubts regarding the status, just check it directly from the messenger. Any "Is smrtPhone down?" doubt will be cleared in a second, by checking the system's status. You will know if any issues you are facing are global across smrtPhone or unique to your account.
If you want to dig deeper, you can also check the last few weeks by Incidents or Uptime, and also for each product, from the Web App to Webhooks.

Get status updates
Choose to Subscribe and get notified via email, text, Slack, Atom Feed, or RSS Feed, when incident updates and maintenance status occur. For the Text Message Notifications, message and data rates may apply.
