If you want to find your VoIP username and password, all you need to do is to head over to Admin ---> Users and click on the little settings icon located under the name of the user.

Note: The account representatives can find the VoIP username and password for all users.

In the newly opened window, you can find the VoIP configuration with username and password. You can also change the password by clicking the 'Change Password' button.
