A warm transfer is the best way to reallocate the call to another department or to another user inside your company without hanging up the call. 

The Warm Transfer feature is easy accessible both on incoming and outgoing calls as long as you have Call Center Pro enabled on your account

In order to warm transfer a call, all you need to do is to press the Transfer Icon present in the Dialer

By pressing the transfer icon you will be given the option to transfer the call to another user or to another phone number. 

This will create a conference call between the agents and the person on the line. You can add multiple users/phone numbers to the conference (Up to 250 participants per call)
