Every form of communications that you have in smrtPhone will be logged under a new item inside your Communications App and by default a new notification will be created.
Troubleshooting Notification Issues
If you are receiving irrelevant notifications, such as being alerted for numbers that are not yours, these are likely triggered by Podio CRM automations and not smrtPhone itself. Review and adjust the Podio automation settings accordingly. Seek assistance from a Podio developer if needed.
smrtPhone gives you the option to turn off the notifications directly from your smrtPhone account.Β All you need to do is to head over Admin > Account Settings > Silence Podio Notifications.
Alternatively, you can also manage this by accessing your Podio Notification Settings under Podio > Email Notification to disable smrtPhone log notifications.
Once you toggle it off, when a communication item is created, you will no longer receive any notification in Podio. To start receiving back these notifications, come back here and toggle it on.
If you want even more peace from notifications, not only in Podio, you can head to upper right corner under your name, select My Account and then pick how and what notifications to be pushed.
For example, you can define specific triggers such as the type of calls or messages you wish to be notified about or fully disable email notifications.
