As a user of smrtPhone, there are certain areas of your user account that you can customize. These options are found under the My Account menu in the upper right of your dashboard.
To access them, you must be logged in to your smrtPhone account. Visit your profile settings by clicking on the down arrow in the upper right corner. Then select 'My Account' from the displayed options.
Once there, there are of your Settings to explore.
1. User's Details
smrtPhone gives you the option to create a password for your account. It can be any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
After setting up your password you will be able to log in with your email and password to your smrtPhone account separate from your CRM login. This is also the username and password used to log in to the Chrome Extension and Mobile App, if you opt to "Log in with smrtPhone" .
You have several options for "the greeting message" of your personal voicemail inbox.
> Type a message that will be read by a robot.
> Pick a recording that already exists in your library
> Upload an audio file
> Record and upload your own voicemail recording using your mobile phone or your microphone
Simply click the 'Edit' button and select how you’d like to set your message.
Note: This becomes the default voicemail for any calls that are directed to your user through the call flows set for you. You can change what callers hear at any time.
The next tab is Notifications, which sets how you would like to be aware of new communications.
> 'Desktop Notifications' option lets you control whether a new Call will trigger a notification on the browser to your email address.
> 'SMS Email Notifications' option lets you control whether a new text message will trigger an email notification to your email address.
> 'Voicemail Email Notifications' option lets you control whether a new Voicemail message will trigger an email notification to your email address.
> 'Inbox Alert Notification' option lets you know when a Text Message/Voicemail was received in your Inbox - available both for individual or group messaging and voicemails.
> 'Mute Inbox Notifications' option lets you mute the sound for any received message/voicemail, and yet still receive a desktop notification.
4. Two-Factor Authentication
The following tab is Two Factor Authentication, which provides an extra layer of security to your account.
You can enable this by following some easy steps: enter a phone number, receive a verification code, enter the code, and finish the action.
5. CRM Profile
Last but not least, there is the CRM Profile information, which provides you with the information on the CRM Profile linked to this smrtPhone account.
Note: All the features mentioned above are available for all smrtPhone users.
6. Changing the connected CRM Account
Also, from this window, you can change your CRM Account if you have Podio or Salesforce. It's pretty easy to "unplug" smrtPhone from one CRM account and "plug it back in" to another.
*Disclaimer: even if the image below shows Podio CRM, this option is also available for Salesforce users.
If you need to link your smrtPhone Account to a different Podio/Salesforce Account, you must either be logged into your new Account or logged out completely of any Account. Press the green Change CRM Account button, which will lead you to your CRM login page.
Note: Please, keep in mind that this feature is available for all the users in the system who have a Podio/Salesforce connection with smrtPhone.
And if you are connected with credentials, you can simply hit the "Connect with" your CRM button.
