Every form of communications that you have in smrtPhone will be logged under a new item inside your Communications App and by default a new notification will be created.

smrtPhone gives you the option to turn off the notifications directly from your smrtPhone account. 

All you need to do is to head over Admin ---> Settings ---> Silence Podio Notification. In the newly open page you can find the Global Account Settings from where you can stop your communication notifications by clicking the Silence Podio Notifications switch. 

Note: When a communication item is created, you will no longer receive any notification in Podio.
