Every form of communications that you have in smrtPhone will be logged under a new item inside your Communications App and by default a new notification will be created.

smrtPhone gives you the option to turn off the notifications directly from your smrtPhone account. All you need to do is to head over Admin > Account Settings > Silence Podio Notifications.

Once you toggle it off, when a communication item is created, you will no longer receive any notification in Podio. To start receiving back these notifications, come back here and toggle it on.

If you want even more peace from notifications, not only in Podio, you can head to upper right corner under your name, select My Account and then pick how and what notifications to be pushed.
