The setting for available/unavailable is available under the Settings tab from the lower menu bar, under the Status toggle.
When you are available, calls and texts will come through on the Mobile App.
When you set your Status to Unavailable, no calls will ring on your mobile device. This is perfect for evenings or weekends when you want to get away from the demands of work without logging yourself out of the app.
Reminder: Calls, texts, and voicemails will only be directed to you based on which call flows you have been assigned to.
