You can easily change the status from within the Mobile App. Keep in mind that the three smrtPhone dialers act according to their set status. If you set yourself available on the Mobile App, this does not transfer to the Chrome Extension or Web dialer. All statuses must be set separately.
The setting for available/unavailable is available under the Settings tab in the lower menu bar, under the Status toggle.
When you are Available, calls and texts will come through on the Mobile App.
When you set your status to Unavailable, no calls will ring on your mobile device. This is perfect for evenings or weekends when you want to get away from the demands of work without logging yourself out of the app.
