To ensure the security of the smrtPhone platform, we use email verification for all new accounts. This only needs to be completed once.
This four-digit verification code will be received by the Account Owner, to the e-mail address used to start the free trial of smrtPhone.
The Account Owner will use this code this one time only and then everybody can enjoy the smrtPhone features.
What to do if you do not receive a code
If you didn't receive an activation code try to refresh your email after 2 minutes. Make sure you check your spam/junk folders. If you cannot find the initial email, press the "resend code" button. Wait a few moments for it to arrive in your inbox (or check your junk folder again).
If the code failed to reach you a second time, then please contact our support team using our Live Chat in order to get help. They are available weekdays 9am-9pm ET and after hours messages will be returned the next business day.
