Yes, you can edit the Tasks in your Salesforce Account to reflect the information that is most helpful to your team.
We've seen clients modify the Task settings to:
Include Call Recording links
Turn notification on/off for certain activities (for example: do not create a task for an outbound call.)
Determine what information displays, including To/From phone numbers
Include other useful fields
Note: We recommend only the Salesforce Administrator make these changes, as they are global Salesforce settings and will affect all Users.
Tasks can be modified by accessing Settings within your Tasks Dashboard and selecting the "Edit Object" tab. Because these changes will affect your entire Tasks layout, we recommend contacting your Salesforce Account Manager if you need support.
