Call logs are available for every smrtDialer Campaign after a session, regardless of whether it was CRM- or Excel-based.

Where to Find smrtDialer Campaign Call Logs

To view a session's call log, head to your Campaigns List and select a Campaign. From there, you'll see all Leads and Calls, where you have access to lead information related to that Campaign.

Click on Total Calls πŸ‘οΈβ€πŸ—¨οΈ to see more detailed information about calls. If your campaign was from an Excel upload, this is where you view which leads were pushed to CRM.

How to Filter Campaign Call Logs

Above your Call Logs, you will see filter options to sort the calls based on different information. You can use one or multiple filters to narrow your list. To reset your filters, click the Reset filters button in the upper right.

You can also use active sorting to re-order the list based on Price, Duration, and Date Created by clicking on the column header.

Filter options include:

  • User - Communication of a particular agent within the campaign

  • Call Status - Calls with a certain call status, such as Callback

  • Outbound Status - Calls by outbound status, such as No Answer

  • From number/To number - Calls based on the outbound or incoming number

  • Time Frame - Set a filter to view calls within a set time period

  • Price - Calls based on cost

  • Duration - Calls based on duration/length of time

When filtering with the phone number, type the whole number. Just a few digits will not provide any result.

  • Accepted: 12345678912 / +12345678912

  • Not accepted: 12345 / 123 / 12345678 and so on

  • Also not accepted: any spaces or parenthesis: (123) 45678912

For Time Frame, you can select the range you'd like to view based on a relative time period from today or by entering exact dates.

Select the period you're interested in and click on Apply for the filter to take action on your data.

Among the details seen in the campaign, here you can also find:

  • Recordings of smrtDialer - Recorded conversations that took time while running a smrtDialer Campaign

  • CRM Item - Where you can see the interaction within your CRM if it applies

  • Pushed to CRM - A view in which you can find the leads that were pushed to your CRM (only available for Excel-based Campaigns)
