We regularly monitor the activity of our customers to improve user experience and to detect signs of telecom compliance issues. When the automated system identifies abnormal usage, it temporarily pauses the account for further analysis.

Your account goes into a queue to be reviewed by a human. It will be unpaused once we have assurance that usage is compliant.

There could be multiple reasons you receive the Suspicious Activity Detected error message. The faster we can complete our analysis, the faster you can get back online. The most important way to prevent this message is by staying compliant in the first place. Help us help you!

Although it can be frustrating to have your account paused, this is the best course of action to ensure the long-term health of your account and our entire system. For example, it's possible you're getting the error message because your account was compromised in some way, and our system caught it before you did.

What can I do if I get this error message and believe it's incorrect?

If you believe the pausing of your account was an error, please contact our Support Team via live chat. If you can provide evidence that the activity was yours and that it was legal, it will expedite the process of having your account unlocked. Providing the requested details will ease the review process and get you back to business faster. Please be patient and kind to our team. They want to help!
