The Abstrakt.ai Integration automates the call start and end events within Abstrakt, allowing you to use your Abstrakt subscription with smrtPhone voice calls. This can be a useful tool for tracking and understanding call outcomes.

Abstrakt uses artificial intelligence to guide agents in real-time, eliminating subjectivity. It automates QA on every call to directly improve your business outcomes. Using natural language processing (NLP) and A.I., it helps ensure your agents say the most appropriate thing on calls by using automated playbooks and real-time recommended responses.

You must have an Abstrakt.ai subscription activated and the App downloaded to your device. To engage the integration with smrtPhone, you need to set it ON within our platform. This plugin is available for smrtPhone Pro subscriptions only.

Access Admin > Marketplace and you can see all the integrations available. Among them, search for Abstrakt, and click on Configure.

Toggle it ON and now you can enjoy its features.
