Of course! You can buy as many numbers as you’d like and, using our powerful “drag and drop” flow creator, assign them to a user or a group of users. You can also set up complex I.V.R setups that give your customers options on what to select when they call your number in order to be routed to a specific user or group.
Go to Admin -> Flows and click to edit a flow, and then play around with the Dial and IVR Menu applets.
