To set up the Time Zone for your smrtPhone account, head to Admin > Settings > Localization.
The Time Zone setting only applies to smrtPhone and it directly affects the Business Hours Flow. This setting does not apply to your CRM.

☁️ Salesforce Users: To change the Time Zone in Salesforce, access the
Setting Dashboard > Users.
🟧 Forefront Users: Your CRM sends messages according to the seller’s time zone.
🏔️ InvestorFuse Users: Your CRM is using your team's time zone.
🥷REISift Users: You can change your time zone within the Settings > Profile section of your REISift account.
⬆️ Realeflow: Reach out the Profile tab and under Account Info you find TimeZone drop-down menu.
📼 Tape: Reach the upper corner, your Profile > Edit Profile > Timezones and select the new one that you want.
ℹ️ Invelo: Head to your profile in the upper right corner, click on your name and then you can select your preferred time zone from the drop-down menu.
