To set up the Time Zone for your smrtPhone account, head to Admin > Settings > Localization.
The Time Zone setting only applies to smrtPhone and it directly affects the Business Hours Flow. This setting does not apply to your CRM.

โ๏ธ Salesforce Users: Change the Time Zone in Salesforce by accessing the Setting Dashboard > Users.
๐ง Forefront Users: Your CRM sends messages according to the sellerโs time zone.
๐๏ธ InvestorFuse Users: Your CRM is using your team's time zone.
๐ฅทREISift Users: You can change your time zone within the Settings > Profile section of your REISift account.
โฌ๏ธ Realeflow: Reach out the Profile tab and under Account Info you find TimeZone drop-down menu.
๐ผ Tape: Reach the upper corner, your Profile > Edit Profile > Timezones and select the new one that you want.
โน๏ธ Invelo: Head to your profile in the upper right corner, click on your name and then you can select your preferred time zone from the drop-down menu.
๐๏ธ REI Software: The Time Zone setup might differ a bit from CRM to CRM. You might want to check your Profile setup to find the settings.
๐ฅ Carrot: Your CRM is using your team's time zone.
๐ GoHighLevel: Head to Settings > Business profile settings and you can change the timezone.
