All you need to do in order to set up the Time Zone from your smrtPhone account is to head over Admin ---> Settings.

In the newly opened window, you can find the Global Account Settings from where you can set up your Time Zone.

The Timezone setting only applies to smrtPhone and it directly affects the Business Hours Flow. This setting does not apply to your CRM.

Note: Podio Users: if you want to change your Podio Timezone, please visit How To change your Podio Timezone.

Note: Salesforce Users: if you want to change your Salesforce Timezone, please access the Setting Dashboard > Users on your Salesforce account and edit it.
