Users must be invited to your smrtPhone Account to be able to use the system, including any native dialers inside your CRM.
If invited by CRM, they do not receive smrtPhone login credentials, and will need to create them using the instructions below. If they are invited by email, they will receive smrtPhone Credentials by email.
Depending on the CRM, Users can also log in to the smrtPhone Web App (browser) with CRM credentials.
It is important to keep track of your smrtPhone credentials, whether you continue to use the automatically generated ones or create/change your own in your Account Settings.
How to Set Your smrtPhone Password
Log in using the email address on which you received the invitation and the password you set at that time.
From within the smrtPhone Web App, your Account Settings are accessible from the menu in the upper right corner.
On the General Tab, use the Change Password feature to create smrtPhone Login Credentials.
You can then use these to log in to the Mobile App and the Chrome Extension, or for CRMs that do not offer other OAuth solutions.
The Chrome Extension allows you to access smrtPhone (connected to your CRM) from any tab - including answering and placing voice calls and sending and reading text messages.
