Logging into your smrtPhone account is fast and easy, and depending on which CRM you use, you have multiple options.
Logging in by Email
Everyone is able to log in to their smrtPhone Account using the email address and password they established when registering.
If you can't remember your password, select Forgot Password? on the Login page.
smrtPhone Credentials
Another way to log in to your smrtPhone Account is via your credentials. If you didn't create smrtPhone credentials while creating your account, follow these steps to make them:
Go to the smrtPhone Dashboard from your computer browser
From the Account menu in the upper right, select My Account
Under Users Details, use the option to change/create smrtPhone credentials
If you were invited to smrtPhone via email and do not have access to your company's CRM, you must use this option.
Log in via CRM Credentials
🌐 Podio
To log in using your Podio credentials, click the Podio icon and use the email and password you used to log in to Podio.
☁️ Salesforce
To log in using your Salesforce credentials, click the Salesforce icon and use the email and password you used to log in to Salesforce.
⛰️ InvestorFuse, 🥷 REISift, 🟧Forefront, ⬆️Realeflow, 📼 Tape and ℹ️ Invelo CRM
As of right now, you can only log in using smrtPhone credentials. If your CRMs implement other solutions, logging in with CRM credentials will become available.
