Customize and manage your REISift - smrtPhone integration

As a REISift user with granted permissions or as an Account Owner, you can customize settings related to the integration between smrtPhone and your REISift CRM.

These settings, even if they were established when first set up the account, they are customizable at any point by the Account Owner by accessing the Dashboard > Admin Tab > REISift Setup.

Here you can see your API Key, being the first displayed field. An API Token is useful when speaking about integrations, for example. You can change this unique key by pressing the green button Change API Key.

On the second field, you can see all Contacts associated with the account.

The third field is dedicated to Call Stauses. You can customize your call statuses for both Inbound and Outbound Communication. Calls can be marked with one of these custom statuses that you personalized here and you can add up to 10 call statuses to meet your needs.
