1. Complete the Start Free Trial Form
To start a free trial, as a user, you need to follow some quick steps:
Visit smrtphone.io and click Start Trial. If referred by an affiliate, use their unique link for applicable discounts
Choose your CRM from the dropdown
Make sure to review our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before submitting the form, and then press Submit.
Verify your email by entering the code sent to your inbox
2. Connect Your CRM System to smrtPhone
If you mistakenly picked another CRM, you can press Show all options, and they will all be visible for you to pick the right one.

When you’re in the agency view, click on Settings (bottom left corner) > Company > White Label. Then paste this in there, click Save, and it will apply to all sub-accounts.

Redefine Client Communication with Integrated SMS in GHL
Empower your subaccounts to send SMS messages directly from the GoHighLevel (GHL) dashboard with a quick and seamless setup. Simply switch to your subaccount, then go to: Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings, select smrtPhone as your SMS provider, and click Save.
This streamlined configuration unlocks a refined messaging experience, fully integrated, instantly accessible, and designed to keep your communications sharp, responsive, and professional. This step can be done at any point, so don't worry!
2.1 Log in to CRM
Now you are redirected to your CRM, and you need to sign in. Once you've signed in, you are automatically redirected to the smrtPhone app in the Marketplace. Click on it and install it in your CRM.
2.2 Permissions
Be sure both boxes, Call and SMS are checked when you are asked about Permissions.
For optimal performance, use the recommended smrtPhone setup.
Other methods may limit features and impact functionality.
3. Select a smrtPhone Plan
Trials are free, but you must select a plan that will activate post-trial unless canceled. If you opt for Annual plans, these come with a 2-month free subscription.
Then, enter credit card information. This is required for usage fees for your communication on the account.
Your trial can be manually upgraded at any point, or will auto-convert at the end of 14 days.
4. Login & Next Steps
Log in with your registration email + received password - these are your original smrtPhone Credentials, and start exploring your account.
