To access smrtPhone you will need a subscription to one of our plans, and you will need to load in credit to your smrtPhone system to use for all of your calls/texts/numbers.

The Enterprise Plan is a custom designed to fit your specific requirements.Our team will create a plan tailored to your business. Choose Monthly or Annual Subscription Billing
All smrtPhone subscriptions have no long term contracts and no cancellation penalties. You can pay month-to-month or select annual billing for a 20% discount.
Ongoing Usage: Maintaining Your smrtPhone Balance
In addition to subscription fees, you pay for all usage including phone numbers, call recording storage, text messages, and call minutes.
To make/receive calls or texts, and to pay for the numbers you have in your account, you will need to maintain a pre-paid balance of credit loaded into your system. The amount of credit remaining in your account is visible on your dashboard.
If you run out of credit your account will be suspended from activity until you top up again. You can set an Auto Top-Up that will charge your card at whatever threshold you set. After a month or two of billing, you should get a sense of what the right threshold is to minimize excessive credit card charges while keeping your balance where it needs to be to accomplish your business goals.
Please note: Calling/Text credits are PrePaid and you need to Top Up your account in order to make and receive calls/texts.
