How to downgrade from multi-line to single line smrtDialer

Learn how to change your power dialer subscription from a multi-line option to a single line one

There are different costs and benefits between multi-line or single line smrtDialer. (Read more here >>)

If you have a multi-line subscription and you want to downgrade to a single line one, you simply need to access your upper right corner Dashboard - as an Account Owner.

Select Billing&Logs and then click on Products.

Here, along with all the smrtPhone subscriptions that you purchased, you can see the option to Downgrade > Downgrade to Single Line.

Select this option and then confirm your choice. And now you can enjoy the single-line features.

Of course, there will be always the opportunity to upgrade from a single line to a multi-liner smrtDialer.

Note: This action is only permitted to the Account Owner and Users with the applicable Finance & Billing permissions.

To use smrtDialer, our sales dialer, you must have a smrtPhone subscription.

It does not matter which subscription type you have (Standard or Pro, Monthly or Annual.) However, if you want to access smrtPhone Pro features such as call monitoring for smrtDialer calls, you must have a smrtPhone Pro subscription.
