To cancel your smrtPhone/smrtDialer account you need to get online with one of our colleagues from the Support Team through the live chat.

Head to the Account menu (upper right corner) > Billings and Logs and there will see the Cancel button.

They will register your request and send it further to the finance team who will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Also, please keep in mind that we have alternatives for your subscription and you might want to reconsider and simply upgrade/downgrade to meet your needs.
