After you create your smrtPhone account and activate your subscription, you can go ahead with the configuration.
These are some good next steps to improve your experience:
π’ Buy a phone number - Without a phone number, your Mobile App and Chrome Extension are not functional. Please be aware that buying an international phone number has different regulations. Check the Mandatory Steps in Buying International Phone Numbers.
π Set a Call Flow - When a call or a text comes in on a specific phone number, your smrtPhone system will look for the flow assigned to that number and do what you've programmed it to do. Since you are here, you can also set an SMS Flow.
π₯ Bring your team together - Invite people into your smrtPhone account for easier reach. At this moment, Tape Users can only add users to their smrtPhone account via email invitations.
π€ Manage your users and teams - Add/remove users, control their permissions, and create Teams. Only users with granted permissions can manage other users and teams.
ποΈ Manage permissions - As an Account Owner, you have full control. You can share some of your permissions with selected users.
βοΈ Personalize 'My Account' - As a user of smrtPhone, there are certain areas of your user account that you can customize. Some other account settings (like Call Engine or Notifications) can be done from your smrtPhone Dashboard.
π² Make a phone call and send an SMS - Since you set up your communication ways, you might want to try the system now. Access the Web App Dialer or the Chrome Extension one and place a call/text.
