Billing your Usage and Subscription
Even if you are in trial or you activated your subscription, you may want to understand how smrtPhone pricing operates. Especially as your subscription charges will be automatic.
While the subscription gives you access to the platform, you must maintain a credit balance for transactional usage, which will be your responsibility (call minutes, text messages, call recording, etc.). This usage is strictly your responsibility.
Both the subscription and the credit balance are at the company account level, meaning all team members draw from the same pool.
