This guide will walk you through connecting, activating, customizing, and managing your smrtPhone account within your HighLevel CRM.


Follow these simple steps and resources to get up and running smoothly.


Getting smrtPhone Set Up with Your HighLevel CRM

Integrating smrtPhone with your HighLevel CRM is a straightforward process. Here’s how to begin:

Once you finish all the steps, you are automatically placed on a 14-day trial period. You can activate on the spot or wait for 2 weeks and activate when the trial period ends, it is your choice.


Active Subscription Required

To access the full range of smrtPhone features, an active subscription is necessary.
Trial accounts come with certain limitations, but once you activate your trial, you'll receive a $7 credit to apply toward your initial usage.

Please keep in mind:

  • Usage (call minutes, text messages, call recordings, etc.) beyond the initial credit requires maintaining a positive balance on your account.

  • Both the subscription and credit balance operate at the company account level — meaning all team members share the same pool of resources.

Once your initial setup is complete, we recommend exploring the Beginner's Guide to smrtPhone to configure your account to best fit your needs.


Billing Information

Even during the free trial, you are responsible for any usage charges incurred.
This includes expenses such as call minutes, text messaging, call recordings, and more — all of which require maintaining a credit balance in your account.
